High strength, resistance to bending and toughness, can be nailed, can be saw, can be sticky, it is easy to decorate. Can also be combined with other insulation materials to make composite insulation sheet.

Production process

 

1.Putting the mould.

 

2.Covering one layer of fiber glass mesh and one layer of non-woven fabric.

 

3.Mixing raw materials and covering the mould.

5.Keep the boards in warming room. With the temperature control, the boards can react more completely for better quality.

 

6.Putting the boards under the sunshine, for better water content control.
