Polystyrene Granule Cement Composite Board

EPS concrete SIP (EPS concrete Structural Insulated Panel) is a composite building material. They consist of a sandwich of two layers of structural board with a mixed insulating material in between. Panel skins are cement boards. Insulation core is mixed material consist of Expanded Polystyrene(EPS) beads& cement or ceramsite. With cement, EPS, fly ash as fillers and compound at one time. The product can replace construction materials like red brick, clay solid brick, air brick, color-coated steel sandwich board, gypsum block, wire spatial grid structure perlite board, perlite porous board etc.
 

Base material: clacium silicate board+EPSmixed insulating material+calcium silicate board 

-Can cut according to the base panel.
-Connection can be Tongue & Groove, Camlock.
