Raw material of calcium silicate board are high-purity quartz flour,high grade Portland cement, high-purity slaked lime,plant fiber and other mineral added substance.After agitating and mixing calcium and silicate at a ratio,we make the raw material into a wet sheet and then through one day high temperature autoclave by advanced technology to make the calcium silicate react toTobermorite to have the final product.From handling the raw material to processing semi-finished product,every procedure is under strict control to guarantee that supplying high quality calcium silicate board.
